Starkiller is correct; 6 and 7 are the side turrets that you'd see a Midwinter fire with. However, I don't think they're "fixed" turrets so to speak. While you can't see them move around, they can fire in any direction whereas the main gun seems to have a very limited arc.

We can't do side rotational turrets so we just had to put the dome there without barrel.

On the Midwinter, the beams are more or less fixed forward.
