-Do not even start making campaign if you dont have any story in paper or in mind.
-Mission's always born from idea, don not lost that idea (just for future for everyone, in campaign could seen that those missions were born from ideas)

Without wanting to be arrogant or something...but I think you shouldn't tell some very old FREDders how to make a mission. I've played your campaign. It was not bad at all, but these missions were far from a hig quality work. I am not saying that the TBP missions were excellent tho...tell you the truth...I really know that Ice and DB can do better.

Well...it depends where such things are implementable. For example...the briefing for the No Surrender, No Retreat mission will definately feature Sheridan's and Ivanova's speech. But sometimes quotes can't be used as it is hard to filter out the music and leave the speech samples untouched.

Next time we will try make the voices match the image. I did not really look over that last time and I didn't have a clue how Lefcourt sounds...I still don't have. I have only seen the german version of ITB...and....a very small number of B5 eps.

-- spelling and grammar

there are minor errors in the current incarnation (casts instead of castes), as well as a few small punctuation errors, that could easily be fixed.

I don't like the "this is Commander Susan Ivanova of Babylon Five, come back and see us soon" bit when you quit...

I think we should have more missions.. training missions sample furballs, etc.

What didn't I like:

The one thing that I didn't really go for was the fact that I knew what the end of the story would be (I know. That's unfair because it was just a demo and intended to show the power of the mod - which it did very well). But I would like to have a story where I don't know what's going to happen - to make me feel like someone who actually has a role to play, instead of just being a witness to events I can't control.

What I did like:

All the little touches that were put in - the starfury that flies across the titles in the menu, the command briefing movies, the HUD vids of the pilots as they were speaking (although a couple of them needed tweaking because they were either longer or shorter than the voices) and the Ivanova goodbye when you quit the game (sorry Xaphod_X. I know you hated it but I did think it was a kinda nice touch).

What I would like to see:

I'd love to see an intro movie. Just something general to show what TBP is all about and to replace the Freespace intro movie.

These remarks have little to do with the actual missions

The gun on the Auroras has a small green-blue projectile when in the show the thing is larger and blue-white shot.

Also I seem to remember someone saying something about an Animated background which is obviously pointless but would it be possible to make a nebula background that was actually of human and Minbari ships( like they actually did during the Battle of the line) just still.

Some good suggestions out there. I'm not too interested in "how to make a mission" as I've been doing that for a while but I am interested in what you think should be happening.

Suggestions like twists in the story and more interaction I've taken in wholeheartedly. For those of you wanting that stuff, I've got it in spades

Keep it coming!

Who does?

Go check your screen. As far as color is concerned and the 40mm is involved, we pretty much nailed that one on a head. Couldn't be much better. Perhaps a bit larger ingame....I had that thought.

I would rate the missions in release 1 as excellent, and I hope they stay that way (dont slack off ). And we all know the earth-minbari war was a loss after loss, so its not the mission creator's fault that the ending wasnt surprising.

When they release the demo campaign with release 2, maybe they can have some fun with the missions, you know, not extend the EA-minbari war, but instead do your own campaign, so we can enjoy a new story, and test out the ships at the same time (would be hard to put the warlock in the EA-minbari war campaign, huh?)
