I tried to get my capture card to work correctly but it won't. I can still tell you there are 5 omegas in that part.

I just watched 2010 Odyssey 2, and i noticed something- the rotational section on the Leonov is a dead ringer for the one on the Omega! (Or is it the other way 'round?)

Ok, here are the pics from ITB. The second pic shows where the omegas are, in case you can't see them otherwise.

And flakbait: You're not the first one to notice this, it's listed on the B5:s "identical twins"-page.

I did not know such a page existed, thank you for enlightening me.

I think that Omega and the other ship resemblance is unmistakable. Maybe the creators took it from there.

I also the similar rotating section in 2010, it is a dead ringer. There was something I noticed much earlier though, and thats the similarity of Bruce Willis (John McClean) and Jerry Doyle(Michael Garabaldi). Would it be good if they made a episode where Garabaldi found he had a twin brother ( enter guest star Bruce Willis).

Yeah, that would be cool, but seeing as there arre no gonna be anymore episodes...I guess they'll just have to make a movie out of the telepath war. Question is whose side would Garibali's doppelganger be on?

That's what we said about Walter Koenig (SP?) before we met Bester. Now I think Chekov's probably one of the biggest wimp in sci-fi, especially in the second movie when he get's mind controled by Khan. Bester would've had fun with that one:
Khan: I am geneciclly superior, I am your king!
Bester: Oh really?

Khan spends the rest of his life screaming at things that only he can see.

Imagining the weedy wimp good guy as a bad guy is easy.. imagining Bruce Willis as a bad guy is hard.

Attached two forward fusion beam cannons to your convertible and you can literally trash traffic jams. Add rear firing ones too to deter the traffic police.
