With ALOT of spare time and ALOT of technical expertise, talent, and a fancy program like 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, Blender, Truespace, or otherwise.

There are resources for these programs out there, there are entire message boards out there, but this is probably not the place to ask howto do such pieces of art.
