I'm with Londo on this one, I say that's just a red transport- possibly even the new kosh's transport. Which would lead to intriguing thoughts

i agree that they are all transports.
after watching it again. the transport/cruiser flys over and fire its beam at the battlecrab it looks the same as a normal transport. Watch thirdspace when lyta talks about the vorlons you see some transports and fighters, do you think they are cruisers or transport?
i think they're all the same.

I'll go alonge with that all that is not the same is the skin of the ships, and the one in the front is (Kosh's spashl) one.

I liked the explaination that we only call it a transport cuz Kosh used it to dock with B5. could be a fighter or frigate or something.

or... it is a transport with REALLY powerfull weapons.
