a typhon is being boarded by you to catch some high ranking vasudans.
yiu board with your team, battle your way through the ship, having messages every so often about the status of the battle outside.
You finally get where the high ranking vasudans are who are guarded by many vasudans, you battle.
Then you get a message that the ship is near critical hull failure, then you have to run back before it blows.

To me that sounds very excellant .

i dont know much about red faction, so is that possible?

I don't see a prob with any mission where you are in a space station and you look out the window and see and orion and a typhon blasting eachother with thier main guns.

I've been playing through Red Faction and I have seen plenty of scripted events sorta like that. (how about that shuttle getting bown away by those missiles??)

I think it would be very possable.

One thing I would suggest is that you include Shivans. The GTI supposedly knew about the Shivans 2 years before the War anyway, so it is possible. If the storyline you have picked up doesn't allow it, then at least include them in a stand alone mission.

I really wan't to go up against Shivans in a FPS game.
