No...thats called a "red-alert" sequence and your wingmen, missile loadout and hull integrity are retained through to the next mission. We're going to use that for a two part Battle of the Line, but...its not acceptable all the time.

The gods learned of a prophecy which stated that the wolf and his family would one day be responsible for the destruction of the world. They caught the wolf and locked him in a cage. Only the god of war, Tyr, dared to feed and take care of the wolf.

You do not understand...
You MUST jump out to complete the mission. There is no other way.

Incorrect. Red Alert Mission Status.

best we can do is restrict the locations/times a player can jump.

I take it it's possible to end a mission with a failure even if the player doesn't jump?

That way if your base ship is destroyed and you shouldn't be able to jump, the mission fails.

exactly . jump drives will be offline as long you are not close enough to a jumpgate or your carrier.
for me that is sufficient.

Couldn't resist posting on this. The Warlock is ALOT more powerful...even head on. The twin Particle Beam cannons, the most powerful weapon mounted on an Earth Force Destroyer (these are a step up from the Omega's Particle Laser) would rip the Omega to shreds. Nevermind upgraded Plasma turrets and far more advanced hull armor system. Not a chance that a Nova could beat a Warlock in a one on one.

As far as i know we have only seen a Warlock twice, the first in the movie a call to arms where it is firing missiles and the very last episode of crusade.
Judging from how many missiles we saw fire in that short space of time(and assuming they will be a lot more powerful than the GOD ones) it would at least cause sevear damage to a sharlin. But if their werw fighters involved as well, both thunderbolts and nials the minbari should just about win. but we would hopefully see a warlock in the new movie, or if it turns in to a new series we would definately see a warlock.
