OT - A question on background
Which races use artificial gravity?
I know the Minbari do, and that humans don't - hence rotating sections etc.
The Centauri must - London is standing comfortably when watching the bombardment of Narn.
The Raider Battlewagon must - Lord Jiro and the Raiders were standing too.
I'd guess that the Vree have this technology (no obvious engines similar to Minbari)
This probably holds true for some others, but who?
Interestingly it looks as if some Vorlon ships still use reaction-based drives...

The Raider ship in Signs and Portents had a rotating section. (The part where the fighters were docked to.) It was a pretty crude ship, not much more than a jump engine with something extra strapped to it.
Races which had artificial gravity tech before ISA:

IIRC, Warlocks were designed with a primitive EA microgravity environment. Following the formation of the ISA, they were retrofitted with Minbari gravitational fields.

) I'm not arguing, but I don't think I'll take that for granted without further references. Sure, I'd like to think Warlocks have artificial gravity.
I'm sure later models do, but not the early models even after getting the tech, and not until the technology has been learned and properly adopted.

While Clark was around the Warlocks were still under development. I don't think they got any of them finished before Earth joined ISA. When they got AG it was pretty easy to implement the tech to Warlocks I imagine.

Battlewagon
I guess they must stop the rotaion to launch - Else the Zephyrs would launch directly away fro the battlewagon's axis, rather than forward as they do.
B5 of course give its Starfuries a hand by letting them launch with its spin.
Hmmm - B5 tech gets hairy when you get too close!
