Admin, Add item to profile.

Recently I have been trying to figure out who owns RF and FS this would be made alot easer if you added a section to our profiles saying which games we own.

just an idea :-)

Explain your suggestion a little more clearly please ... I am not sure what you are asking for ...

Posted by Ace on 04-16-2002 12:06 AM:

I think he's asking for in the user profile a check box set for what Volition products you own:
i.e.
Descent- FreeSpace: The Great War
Descent- FreeSpace: Silent Threat
FreeSpace 2
Summoner: PS2
Summoner: PC
Red Faction: PS2
Red Faction: PC

A man who put "¶¿åññÃâ€_t Z§g" as his location wants meaningful information in the profiles?

I got all them too, hoe.

Posted by Orange on 04-16-2002 08:50 PM:

PS2 and PC versions of all of them? wow.. Dynamo is equally as l33t as me in this reguard.. but not in all reguards, obviously. If they add Mac versions to the list, I will no longer be the winnars.

I got almost every US product that Volition made, including a lot of them from the old Parallax days including D1, D2, D2-Infinite Abyss and the Vertigo series. In fact, the only things I don't think I have is FS2:SOTY edition (which I have a mission on), Summoner for Mac (or any other Mac port for that matter, although who actually counts those anyways), and the D1 expansion pack (Levels of the World I believe is what it's called).

Nice.

Me too, except the Sim of the Year thing. Just got the PS2 versions of each game a couple days ago.

I have Descent for the PSX, as well.

Staring at levels of the world right now. Only thing about my D1 and D2 expansions is they are post release compilations for the most part. The truly 1337 would have original distribution disks

No mac versions though, my mac isn't a very good gaming machine

no macs are. macs are evil.

Thank you, Carl.

The new iMac sells for somewhere around $1399 if I remember the commercial right...I could buy two computers from a local shop, each almost twice as powerful (in every respect; RAM, processor, etc.) as a stock model Dell Dimension 4100, for that, and still have about $250 left over! Here's their website.

And i could have made 2 greater powered PCs than those Dell craps.
