ITF Revival?

Not sure how true this is, but there is a survey out about reviving ITF. I'm not sure how true or worthwhile the survey is but check it out:

http://gamesurvey.radiusco.com/survey.php

Also, there's the thread I saw it at:

http://www.b5lr.com/ubb/Forum9/HTML/000034.html

Any comments or notes about the validity of this would be helpful. I for one doubt that after all this time it could be done, btu then again, never say never.

I filled in the form as well, if we get everyone on here to fill it in we could possibly help to ressurect it, and if it is ressurected I will still play the babylon project

Whee!

Maybe I'm being stupid but wouldn't IFT be a little out of date now?
I realise that FS2 is two and a half years old but it still looks good.
I was looking at some X-Tension 2 shots. B5 would look sooooo nice on that...

Duncan

PS Finished playing with the new colour toolbar thingy now.

See here.
But notice that the trailer is not at the best quality, there are shorter trailers in better quality that shows parts of this big trailer.

Ahem, that trailer uses the games models, but it's rendered, not game engine. So you can't really tell much about the game engine by that vid.

Hmh, in my knowledge that video is captured using the actual game engine, but all events are carefully scripted.

Then again...

OK, I uploaded another video which is definitely from actual alpha/beta version of the game.

The models are from the game, the small vid showing in cabin shot of fighters is ingame.I say let this game shine forth as the game engine is light years ahead and with current tech it would not be hard to update the engine...
