Enough!the Official Size Charts...
I've been getting a little fed up with all these ship size post, most are WAY off. So, here are the official size charts made by Tim Earls. (Worked on B5 CGI for those whom are uninformed)

Sadly, the Sharlin isn't on this list, but lets just say it's safe to say it's the 2400 meter range, not the 400 meter range. (Hello? it's bigger then a whitestar....)

400 meters is definately bogus, but to blow a hole in Tim Earls size charts but the Drakh Mothership's size is very much messed up in the CGI that presents it.
It was shown twice. Once during ACTA and once during Each Night I Dream of Home.
In both cases, the model is not upto scale. If it were, it'd be huge, dwarf everything else, and the Excaliburs gun would not engulf half the rear section in one shot.
The rest of the values I agree with however.

The HUGE DRAKH MOTHER SHIP that is shown to be huge, dwarfing everybody else was ONLY SEEN ONCE IN BABYLON 5, with Delenn and her whitestars. It is the correct size.
It was NOT seen in ACTA.
in ACTA we saw only regular Drakh cap ships.

For all the rest of you.... don't come here.
What Delenn saw was actually a cruiser not a mothership but it was the mothership to those raiders....

Hmm...can't check it right now, but I'm pretty sure there was a Drakh mothership, or at least something with an identical side profile in ACTA. It gets its sides ripped up by the Victory's forward cannons early on in the battle.

In A Call to Arms when the Drakh fleet comes out of hyper space you can see a Drakh mother ship in the background and it's pretty dang big, at lest B5 size I think.

Well, if official size is 52 km then it's 52 km, no more, no less.

Don't forget what you see on screen is the CGI where they can make mistakes/effort savers whereas Tim Earles has worked out all of these statistics in an effort to maintain consistency between episodes.

Don't forget, they measure from the tip of the wing to the back tail fin. The Sentri is a LARGE highly manuverable fighter. Currently, it's only about 20ft longer than a F-15 , not that bad, and sounds accurate.
And no, no one agreed with the Drakh Mothership thing, and I agree, WAYYY to big, although it's task was suposedly to carry the entire drakh race...

Hmm... Babylon 5 is 8,5 km long, can't we make Drakh Mothership at least 10 km long? That thing launches Drakh Cruisers like fighters goddammit! Well, maybe not as much but still...

WEBSITE NOW UP AND RUNNING!!!!!
10-12km for the Drakh mothership sounds good. That gives if an imposing size like in the show but not too big like a planet killer and as we saw in ACTA one of the Victory's tore up the side of one of the mother ships with one volley of beams. Also make the drakh cruiser about 400-500 meters longer then a Omega because there is no way they are bigger than the Excalibur from what I have seen in ACTA and Crusade. As for the cruiser Delenn took out that was probably made so large to make the Drakh look like a powerful race because if that ship was huge. However, when you see the cruisers as the Excalibur passes through the deathcloud in ACTA(chasing the scouts making contact) the cruisers on the other side looked tiny compaired to the on Delenn took out. The cruiser also looked smaller when the Omega was chasing in in Crusade and forced it to crash. The crash wasn't even that big either.

I don't know the exact details but the shalins that were in the demo seemed small to me. Shouldn't they dewarf the EA hyperion and orion class?
The Sharlin is about right because they look like they are about the same length as an Omega but the hyperion look like it is 100-200 meters too long but I think it works fine in the game.

I think most of our lengths came from B5 Tech.com
I also think they are fairly accurate in most or all cases. The Hyperion is at the right length believe it or not. The Sharlin is the right size as well.
Sometimes sizes can be decieving in CGI if the angle is different and the placement is off. The Drakh Cruiser is going to be the size that is listed.

If you never have mission with the player getting too close to the Drakh mothership, what would be the problem in having a medium poly but huge ship?
If you have the smaller mothership then will it still be able to deploy multiple 3km+ Drakh cruisers as seen in the show?
I do think that B5Tech have most of the lengths of ships spot on, even if they have problems with one or two other "facts".
