Yet another quality application for Freespace has been made, and this time it's AniBuilder 32, made by Heiko Herrmann. Here's what he said on the The FDL:

ACANI is history. Now Descent Manager ANIBUILDER32 with its UI and advanced features replaces the old command-line utility. For the first time you can create mainhall animations as well as ship/weapon loadout animations. And the integrated palette merger will do its job if your frames' color palettes do not 100% match. Downloading it myself.. It's weird, I get all these DManager tools and never use any of them besides VPVIEW32..
