As promised, MikeB posted this on the VBB this morning. Just a quick lead-in for those who don't know what's going on: Last night PS2 IGN posted a Parker intro story (story). Well, they took it upon themsevles to replace Volition's intro paragraph with their own. Fortunately, Mike Breault was kind enough to share the paragraph on the VBB:

The following is a look inside the mind of Parker, the hero of Volition and THQ's upcoming game, Red Faction. This short character sketch is the first of six, one for each major character in the game. Each sketch is intended to familiarize the reader with one of the people who will drive Red Faction's story, providing a glimpse into that character's mind just before the game's story begins.
