I'm not sure how far your going to go into the Babylon 5 storyline but here goes....


When B5 breaks away from earth some people stayed with Earth Aliance while others went with B5. Could you make it so you could choose?
Be really cool to be able to see things from the perspective of an EA pilot.

Sounds like yet another good idea for future consideration
