In FS1???
I can make a campaign with the ancients in fs1 but is it worth it?

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH MAMA!!!!!!!!
you've opened up a whole new can a worms there sephiroth!
I think it would be awesome to see what kind of things the ancients could do in a FS1 campaign. If i remember correctly, they were bragging throughout most of the game that they were unbelievably powerful and dominated the stars.
I'd like to see whats sort of weapons, ships, and technology they had,and how they compare to the shivans.
They would crush the shivans if it was about power...

Wasn't it the Ancients that got wiped out by the Shivans? (I think that
is right but it has been a LONG time since I played FS1), but if that is
the case then their tech couldn't have been as good. IMHO.
In the Great War era the shivans would crush the ancients but i'm in the era 4 jears after that and since the ancients didn't suffer any losses during the war they would be the victor...

Well, the Ancients WOULD be really powerful, had they not been wiped out by the Shivans 8000 years earlier.
Yes, HAD they had survived and not be VISITED by the shivans again and still survive. (oh, and good by the Vasuadans and Humans to since those ancient bastards would have wiped them out with the other countless races they destroyed.
