Does anyone know the name of the Episode in which sheridan arrests Morden, and Delenn and Kosh explain him why he has to let him go?

The blooper from that episode was hilarious

Sheridan's to Garibaldi: "That man *points to a display showing Morden in his cell* is supposed to be dead!"

Morden on display screen: "Ack.....ackkk.....aaah *falls over*"
