Try looking for uk-based internet sites - Virgin released an FS1/Fs2 double pack on the 'White Label' over here (£10) a short while ago, that would be your best bet for it. Might need to pay extra for shipping, although we're not too far away so it shouldn't be too bad.

You'll find it in Helsinki somewhere at reasonable price... Just go and look.

Well, here goes...I was playing with Fred2 and wanted to try out kamikaze, wasn't really sure what I was doing, and for some reason when I make a mission, the Minbari ships won't fight back, even though they're set to hostile, and ordered to attack the EA ships. I actually jumped the gun in snapping this screenshot, so they're not blowing up yet. I also set the kamikaze damage to 100000, which I think was a bit too much, because I kept getting destroyed in the process.

Hey, it looks like you're asking for warez, dude, even if you're not. And you're the one being the ass by ranting and screaming about it
As for buying FS2, yeah, I think I own three copies of Descent, you can grab it cheap and used off eBay or something. It's not going to kill you to get it again, annoying as it may be. Because I sure as hell am not going to put, what, 1.5GB worth of data on the web for you - or anyone - to download. I doubt you'll find anyone else willing to, as well.

This is classic. In your mission goto the events editor. Make a new event (call it Sharlin 1 Beam Free).
Now...set it up like this.
OP when
OP has-arrived-delay
Sharlin 1
0
OP beam-free-all
Sharlin 1
OR
OP when
OP has-time-elapsed
0
OP beam-free-all
Sharlin 1
The second one there is if the ship is already present. The first one is if it jumps in after the mission starts.

Thanks. Kazan answered me in my thread that I made particularly for this question. I think I'm getting the hang of it, though I'm only screwing around making pretty explosions and stuff. I do wonder if there's a way to set a ship to kamikaze after a certain point. I haven't really fooled around with waypoints and stuff yet, since I hate keeping track of numbers and things. But your ships blow up so well....
