I have strong reports from various "insiders" (sexual favors really do work, I must say -- hell, I learned from The Adrenaline Vault) that Volition's Scott "Skarz" Blinn has left the company to join the folks over at Artifiact Entertainment as the Director of World Creation for their upcoming 3D accelerated massively multiplayer online role-playing game, Horizons.

I have, in fact, confirmed that with Volition. I believe this is probably what Phaseburn had been hinting at earlier today over at RedFaction.org.

Regardless, We here at Volition Watch wish Scott the best of luck in his new adventure, and we give him many thanks for being involved heavily in creating one hell of a level editor for Red Faction. I'm sure it was hard to leave mid-project, but thangs is thangs. Good Luck Scott.
